About the Cause

We are a population living in the countryside with approximately 2,000 inhabitants. The well-being of our population is at risk due to the lack of a nearby health center. Our cause is part of the logic of meeting the health needs of our community while offering prevention, diagnosis and care activities. Our vocation is to promote access to care for all categories of the population and in particular children, pregnant women, etc. We need this funding for the well-being of our populations which will help to eradicate the infant mortality rate and morbidity that our community still experiences. We intend to implement this cause thanks to our strong mobilization of resources at the local level which has already allowed great progress in construction activities, the dynamism of our church, the involvement of the entire community and external funding such as that for which we are applying in this context. Children and pregnant women are the people most affected by this cause because they live in the countryside approximately 11 km away from the city where the nearest health center is located. We record cases of child mortality, childbirth complications, and miscarriages among pregnant women every year due to the lack of health centers. We therefore want to change this situation through this cause.

How the church will sustain the cause

The church can count on its strong mobilization of local resources as well as the involvement of the entire community to maintain the impact of this cause without additional external funding, since this project stems from its action plan. Moreover, God tells us in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I hope that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers." "Remember the Lord your God, for it is he who will give you the power to acquire them, to establish, as he does today, his covenant which he swore to your fathers. All our income belongs to God." It is written: "The silver is mine, and the gold is mine," says the Lord of hosts. In Haggai 2:8, These verses teach us that God knows our vision well above all else and that he will answer us in every need. We know that he is faithful in all things, and his compassion is so great for us.
