Our Cause: Establishment of a Mango and Cashew Processing Unit**
In a world where agriculture and local production are at the heart of rural economies, our project aims to support local producers by establishing a mango and cashew processing unit.
Who will be affected?
This project will have a direct impact on local farmers (mango and cashew trees). Youth, women, and rural families will also benefit from this project through job creation in the processing unit.
Why do they need this cause?
Mango and cashew producers face several challenges: difficulties preserving fresh fruit and low income from the sale of unprocessed products.
How will we implement this cause?
We will conduct a feasibility study and raise the necessary funds to build the infrastructure and purchase the necessary equipment. We will then establish partnerships with local farmers to ensure a continuous supply of raw materials.
Stories of People Affected by this Cause
Take the example of Mariam, a young farmer who grows mangoes and cashew trees in her village. With this processing unit, Mariam will not only be able to sell her produce at higher prices, but will also create jobs for other women and young people in her community.
