This project aims to empower youth in highland and remote communities by providing essential vocational education and practical skills development. Many young people in these areas are motivated to pursue honest careers like barista or healthy juice producer but lack access to the training, knowledge, and tools needed to turn their aspirations into reality.
The initiative focuses on delivering training in professional coffee brewing, equipment maintenance, cost calculations, and nutritious beverage preparation. It also provides necessary equipment such as coffee makers, grinders, blenders, juice extractors, and raw materials—key resources to help transform skills into sustainable livelihoods.
External support not only equips youth with concrete skills and tools but also demonstrates societal solidarity, encouraging community growth and improving their quality of life. Ultimately, this project helps underprivileged youth become active contributors to their families and communities, fostering long-term development and empowerment.
