Example: In our community, many families grow pumpkins, but during harvest time there is often too much to sell at once. Prices drop, and soThis will allow them to earn income beyond the harvest season. Families will learn and work together to process, package, and sell these products. Young people will also take part in safe, guided ways, learning practical skills and teamwork. Over time, this will reduce waste, strengthen family income, and help families see more value in what they already grow.
