Having bathrooms for early childhood is an opportunity to ensure the safety and physical well-being of children. After a period of hard work, much prayer, and the support of international and local donors, this space is possible. The mother of five-year-old Jeremías expresses joy and increased confidence that the church can make an effort to provide comprehensive care for children, especially regarding the protection and guarantee of their rights. The church leadership, pastor, deacons, and CDI staff are grateful to God and donors for this infrastructure project, which not only contributes to child protection but also contributes to improving and addressing the hygiene and health of participants.
The installation and equipping of bathrooms separate from those of adults will ensure the safety of children who use the toilets and sinks. This space will provide greater opportunities for care for beneficiaries in early childhood, as we intend for it to be a place where parents can change their babies with greater privacy.
To be a committed church that honors God, gives a good testimony, and fulfills the Great Commission, in its community, its surroundings, and to the ends of the earth.
