Emma is a single mother who works hard to feed her children, but fresh fruits and vegetables are often too expensive. Healthy food is not always on the table. Her situation is common among families in this community who want to eat better but face real financial barriers. Families will save money on groceries while gaining gardening skills they can use for years. Children will learn where food comes from and develop healthy eating habits that last. Neighbors will work side by side in the garden, strengthening relationships and building shared pride. Over time, this garden will grow into a place where families not only find nourishment but find each other.

Garden tools, seeds, water tanks, fencing, and church land for planting.
Volunteers will plant, water, maintain crops, and teach gardening skills.
$132
Families will rotate responsibility for maintaining the garden, watering plants, and caring for equipment. Seeds from each harvest will be saved and replanted, reducing future costs season after season. The church will continue providing land and coordination while volunteers lead workshops and teach new participants. Because the project relies on reusable tools, shared labor, and renewable resources, it will continue feeding families without requiring additional outside funding.
