About the Cause
Posted by BF0642 in Burkina Faso on 04/03/2025
This cause aims to raise more funds to support the center's activities. Through this activity, we aim to train participants in agriculture, gardening, and especially okra cultivation. It will also contribute to mobilizing financial resources from the sale of okra grown to support the program. With the funds we will receive, we will dig a well, purchase two large-capacity motor pumps, and pipes for irrigating the site. We will also fence the entire area with wire mesh and iron posts to ensure greater safety in the field. In addition, we will acquire operating equipment such as hoes, watering cans, sprayers, safety shoes, etc. In addition, we will hire a professional or specialist in the field to monitor and provide practical advice on our activities. With this project, we will have a significant impact on the participants and the community. Indeed, okra is highly prized on menus in the Banfora region, nationally, and even internationally. The population will have access to quality okra at a lower cost.
